How to Return an Item

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
